And now, a little bit about me…

I was born in Redondo Beach and raised in Palos Verdes – I know Los Angeles and its outlying areas like the back of my hand. It’s my backyard, my playground, my home. Having gone to college out-of-state (Arizona State University – Go Devils!) and residing in several other states, I know where “home” is.

I come from a family that is entrenched in real estate. My parents are long-time investors and business owners. After my Dad’s semi-retirement, two of my four brothers followed in his footsteps in the appraisal industry (Commercial Machinery & Equipment) where he had left a legacy and reputation that is recognized nationwide. Hard steel and inventory weren’t an appealing option to me (go figure). I’m a person who loves the interaction with different people and personalities, as well as helping clients realize their dreams of homeownership.

After college, I entered the workforce. First with a job at the Yucca Mountain Project in Las Vegas (government…DOE), then locally for Hanna-Barbera and Warner Bros., both in the Human Resources department (specifically, Compensation). Corporate America was invaluable to my work ethic, understanding business structure and procedure and affording me the opportunity to interact with everyone from mail clerks to high level executives. Balancing different personalities and managing extreme situations became second nature to me.

It was through my own personal experiences buying and selling that I decided to shift my focus to real estate. My high integrity, professionalism and commitment is a perfect fit for an industry that can sometimes lack these qualities.

Excellence is paramount.

To that end, I believe very strongly in continuing education, relevant and valuable designations and giving back, both to fellow Realtors as well as to the community.

Below are my awards, designations and organizations with whom I am affiliated/associated.
